Tracking and Reporting Incidents

In speaking with Bob, we got a glimpse into how Customers are currently using Archibus to help them track and report on incidents within their organization. And really, it is a multi-pronged approach.  

Using existing data from their Space Inventory & Performance and Personnel & Occupancy applications, they are able to track down where people diagnosed with COVID-19 have been sitting and file an incident report.  

They are also using Building Operations to generate work requests to clean a floor that has been infected and Commissioning to track material conditions related to the incident. 

By using all of these applications together, RSC’s Customers have been able to easily collect data and report out at different levels as needed, keeping the rest of their workforce as safe as possible.
