Join us for a conversation with three of the most active women in Silicon Valley real estate development. Ginger Bryant, Mollie Ricker and Katia Kamangar are responsible for some of Silicon Valley’s iconic projects in office and residential. You’ll gain insights into their career path, how they got their start, lessons learned, industry trends and how they busted through the glass ceiling. Ginger Bryant, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Sares Regis Group of Northern California
Ginger joined Sares Regis Group, one of the region's leading multifamily and office developers, in 1993. She is responsible for asset management of stabilized properties, finance, accounting and treasury functions, and office operations. The company's most recent project is The Flats at Cityline, in Downtown Sunnyvale. Ginger is a board member of Girl Scouts Northern California and a CREW SF and CREW Network past president.

Katia Kamangar, Executive Vice President and Managing Director, SummerHill Homes/ Apartment Communities
Katia oversees all duties related to new community development, including initial land planning, due diligence, architecture and design, budgeting and forecasting, and entitlements. Her most recent project is Nuevo, a nearly 900-home community on 27 acres in Santa Clara near the Lawrence Caltrain station. Katia is a former board member of BIA Bay Area.

Mollie Ricker, Partner, Dostart Development Co.
Mollie is a Partner of Dostart Development Company, where she leads acquisitions, manages city entitlements, and directs the firm’s leasing, construction, and financing activities. Her most recent project is 601 Marshall in Redwood City, which was completed in 2018 and is 100 percent leased. A 2017 Business Journal 40 under 40, she is a board member of NAIOP Silicon Valley and is also involved in Urban Land Institute, The Representation Project, and Urban Plan.

Moderator: Sethena Leiker, Director, Cushman & Wakefield and CREW SV Director of Membership
Sethena Leiker joined Cushman in 2011, and moved from Research to Brokerage in 2015, focusing on representing high-tech tenants. She recently completed significant transactions in Silicon Valley for the County of Santa Clara, ABB, Bosch, and Veritas. A CREW SV board member, she is also involved in the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
